Have you been struggling with anxious thoughts or has life seemed overwhelming recently? 

Could you use a nonjudgmental, confidential ear to listen about what anxiety feels like?  You may be so anxious and hesitant to talk with anyone about your deepest inner thoughts, because you are worried they will judge you or think differently of you.  During virtual counseling for anxiety, you have a space to explore, make mistakes, be challenged, process, and get to know yourself.


You may find that you have been through so many changes recently and you can’t seem to collect your thoughts. You feel panic, you have anxiety attacks or panic attacks, and you are looking for help managing anxiety. You are frustrated because you have been trying so hard, but it all feels like too much. Maybe you’ve even tried talking to your family and friends, but things still don’t seem to be getting better. I know when you feel anxious, exhausted, worried, and overwhelmed with your mental health, reaching out to a counselor can be scary. You want someone you can connect with.

I am here to offer anxiety support, increase anxiety awareness, and provide relief for symptoms of anxiety. I offer Virtual Walk and Talk Coaching Sessions, Online Coaching for Anxiety, and Animal  Assisted Therapy with my anxiety therapy dog, Loki. I am located in Charlotte, NC and I look forward to talking with you!
